Kevin Gillespie of Woodfire Grill

Hector Santiago of Pura Vida

Eli Kirshtein of Eno
It's official, Bravotv.com has announced the contestants for Season 6 of Top Chef and three contestants are repping Atlanta proving that when it comes to culinary innovation and foodie trailblazers, Atlanta makes the cut (really bad pun intended).
We all followed Atlanta chef Richard Blais as he rose through the ranks on Top Chef 4, knocking off contestants one liquid-nitrogen-infused bite at a time all the way to the finals.
Do you think these three have the chops to out-maneuver the other contestants?
Are these the 3 chefs you would have picked to rep Atlanta if you were the casting director?
Leave your thoughts below!

Gordon Biersch Buckhead Opens

PC & Source Cred: Thrillist Atlanta
GB's (3242 Peachtree Rd NE; Buckhead; 404-264-0253) second ATL chow house/brewery gets suds tanks directly behind the bar, black & tan sectional checkerboard carpeting meshing with stained hardwood floors, and trippy brown/beige circular-patterned booth seating.
Along with core menu items (Sweet & Spicy Cashew Chicken Stir-Fry, 18oz. Gorgonzola Bone-in Ribeye), they're pouring flagship brews like the malty, medium hopped Blonde Bock (7% ABV), the mildly sweet Marzen lager (5.7%), and Seasonal Summer Brau -- all created using techniques in line with the 500-year-old "German Purity Law", which is actually a fine idea, as long as it's for beer.
