I've been blessed with the opportunity to take some time off from work lately (aka in-between jobs) and let me tell you - it has been magical. I've been able to tackle some of my Pinterest to-do's - I think above all else - crafting, cleaning and cooking are my top de-stressors. I would say my Atlanta food crawls - but sometimes the aftermath of those tend to send me into a guilty frenzy.

During my unemployment stint, I tried my hand at crock pot Mac n' Cheese and Chicken n' Dumplings//Asian Turkey Meatballs//Curried Vegetarian Indian//Rice Krispy Treats//Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls//Homemade Collard Greens//Baked Beans, etc. However, my best creation had to come from this drool-worthy Pumpkin Bread recipe (pictured above with homemade apple cider from Red Apple Barn in Ellijay). It was so tasty and I had so many requests for the recipe that I decided to share it with you. I love that the recipe calls for making two loafs - one to keep and one to give. Wrap up in plastic wrap and tie with yarn. Happy baking - let me know how it turns out!
